Rie Oh is a self-taught handpoke artist from Chicago, IL. They developed an interest in tattooing in 2016 and began practicing with friends in a DIY home setting. By 2019 they were maintaining their own studio in Marfa, TX. They are now based in Austin, TX, and work out of No Good Tattoo.

They are drawn to the unique, meditative process of handpoked tattoos. Their work is often inspired by the desert, the supernatural, minimalism, and the surreality of dreams.
